Hi! I'm trying to update my old Kobo Mini.
I had a working KoReader installation on the latest supported version, with KSM. It was okay but I wanted to try Plato and NickelMenu.
I uninstalled KSM and, with instructions I found on the forum, installed the latest Glo firmware (4.38.23038), then installed the Plato 'one-click' install. After that, I realised that I actually want KoReader as well so I installed the Plato+KoReader 'one-click'. I'm not sure if that was an issue but they both independently seem to work fine.
One issue now that I'm on the latest firmware is that everything is choppy. In Nickel, any scrolling (or quick tour navigation?) will glitch out the screen. Reading seems to work fine.
In Plato or KoReader, they both freeze very easily. In perfect conditions, it seems to be fine, but if I dare change the font size, a crash is imminent. I assume this is a RAM problem or something?
