Dictionaries

hi, everybody,

I hope this is the right place to post a technical question, sorry if it is not.

I want to load an Indonesian-English dictionary in my Kobo reader.
I already have the different files in .ifo, . Idx.gz, .idx. and I went to the following sites:

However, despite having followed the step by step instructions, I always get stuck when it comes to the following:

"Right click the file penelope3.py
and choose Edit with IDLE." There is no such file "penelope3.py" or
"penelope.py" in the Penelope folder.

I also see that many people ended up at the same point. So I asked Mr Pettarin himself who told me that the question had been answered before and that I could find the answer on the "mobileread" forum.
Hence my registering here in hope someone knows what to do.
