Difference between Rakuten and Walmart purchased Kobo

I bought the Clara HD from Walmart this past week, and was a little surprised to see Walmart branding on the device itself. There is a Walmart logo as the default screensaver, and Walmart login is the primary method.

Are there any other significant differences?

Would there be any strong reason for me to flash the non-Walmart image?

Honestly dealing with Walmart was rubbish. They said two day shipping but it ended up being four days.
